Description This is a Huge, Rare, Vintage World War II bound V-Mail book. These are all fresh from the estate of Mr. William E. Harris. Harris was born in Greenwich, Connecticut, was an African-American and during WWII, served in the US Army's 3915th Quartermaster Gasoline Supply Company. After the war, he moved to Hudson, NY, w he became a housefather at the New York State Training School for Girls and was active in his Union & the NAACP. This wonderful old piece has a Nice, Decorative cover, is loaded with 165 pages of original WWII V-Mail letters and would be a wonderful addition to any collection. We have not read any of these, so they could include some surprises. The book appears to be in Good, solid condition. The covers show some wear, but most of the letters are in Very Good shape. This displays MUCH better than the pictures show.Terms Buyer to pay a Flat $5 shipping & handling fee for shipment of this item to a U.S. address and $1 for each additional small book auction won. E-mail for international shipping rates. $2 will automatically be included to your total for insurance on any item that sells for over $50.
