You are bidding on a RARE 1954 "Hard to Find" Brush McCoy frog planter with a lilly pad for an umbrella. I buy to sell and rarely do I come across pieces that I find hard to let go but this is one of those pieces because I know he is a RARE one to find. You can look high and low on the internet and you will have a very difficult time finding more than one for sale. If you are a McCoy collector, check your books. You will see that this is one that you will have to search long and hard to find. He does have some age crazing and as seen in the photo, it looks like someone did a little bit of repair to w the umbrella attaches. The umbrella is in good condition as is the rest of him. The only flaws that I can find are some age crazing, some paint loss to the mouth, eyes and umbrella and the repair as mentioned. I don't see any other chips or cracks or problems. This one is so RARE that it won't matter because as you can see, he looks really good. I found 2 for sale. One had a price tag of $325.00 and 1 without the umbrella had a price tag of $130.00.
