Rare Mexican Saddle Silver Set 1800's 6 piece set silver striped stirups. Cinch buckles. Cinch strap rings. This RARE 6 piece set from the 1800's we believe had been made for a wealthy hacienda owner in the Zacatecas area. The City of Zacatecas was one of the colonial cities of Mexico were silver is still designed and sold in this high desert setting. This set weights around 8+ lbs. It is all hand forged and has thick silver inlayed stripes. It has not been cleaned and might shine up real well. They were hand made by an old world craftsmith. They would look outstanding in a display case or on any charro or vaquero saddle. One small nut type piece is missing off one of the stirups. Cinch holders 5" high by 51/2" wide. Cinch strap buckles 5 1/4" by 5 1/4". Stirups inside 4 3/4" wide, heigh 4 1/4". Deep 3 1/4". Neck 4". This set can probably more than double the value of an older Mexican Charro Pita or Vaquero saddle by adding these pieces to it. SHIPPING WILL BE FREE TO THE LOWER 48 UNITED STATES AND CANADA.
