This is quite simply the most fantastic and impressive estate heavy sterling silver charm bracelet I have ever encountered. It was in the family for more than one generation and its charms mostly pertain to countries all over the world. The oldest charm is a silver 1 Ruble Czar Nicholas large silver 1897 coin encased in silver. T is also a Russian crown charm with tiny gemstones. The remarkable clasp is itself made from a "lock charm". Several of the sterling charms are Dutch including a silver skate, a windmill, a cloisone and silver dutch shoe, a Dutch girl balancing two pails; another charm is a movable carousel that says WIEN on the bottom (souvenir of Vienna). T is a large Chinese charm, a Mexican in a sombrero taking a siesta, a Venetian gondola, a bird carrying a message, a French shield, a Dutch coin, a cricket bat, an ornate teapot, a Swiss bell of the type carried by St. Bernards. a Jewish star, a little boy, one charm I can't figure out and one that appears to be a "partial"so am not counting it. T is at least 3 1/2 oz. sterling --but the artistry of the charms puts this bracelet way ahead of its silver content alone.Truly an astonishing piece of jewelry. Comes with porcelain trinket dish on which it is displayed. All inquiries welcome.Mandatory insurance. $5 ship--check or MO. Actually anyone who looks at this bracelet read more
