A great old Northwest Coast Kwakiutl Indian hand carved cedar totem pole circa 1940. The totem features a well carved Eagle with outstretched wings with superb painted secondary details in red, black and green. Note the face on the chest of the bird and the great wing designs. The totem stands 5 1/4" tall with a 8 1/4" wingspan and is in good condition, one wing has had a clean split repaired cleanly but not really noticeable. The totem is unsigned and unmarked as was common for the time period. The totem makes an excellent display item and a fine addition to anyone's collection. Please add $6.95 for careful shipping and insurance (USA). We'll be happy to combine shipping if feasible. We'll be happy to combine shipping if feasible.
