ADDED NOTE: After taking a more thorough look at this stein we have discovered that the handle is indeed applied to the stein which identifies its production method as being steel mold-blown rather than pressed glass as we first described it. This auction is for a fabulous, vintage, OLYMPIA BEER glass stein. The stein is about 6" tall, pewter lid with beautiful inlay of a turn-of-the-century lady in a glorious hat. The glass is steel mold-blown and the stein is exceptionally thick and heavy glass. Overall condition is excellent. No chips, cracks, no issues with the handle hinge or thumb lift. Top of lid shows some evidence of age that would probably disappear with polishing. Underside of lid shows "Zinn", a touchmark and another word that we can't decipher. We spent some time trying to find info about when this stein was manufactured by OLYMPIA but came up with nothing. But, we're sure you stein experts will be familiar with the stein and when it was created. Being offered with No Reserve! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
