Up for bids is one of a set of 8 that i will be listing. These are Rare Wildlife plaques that were made for the Olympia Brewing Company in the early 60's. This one is the ELK. It was made in 1963 by the Timely Products Company of Desmoins Iowa. These are in uncleaned and unrestored condition. The Elk is in great condition and t is only a few place on the neck that show a few scuffs. This one is not plaster, but rather a hard plastic. T is some color rubbed off the tip of one of the antlers. I'll try to show it in the pics. The plaques measure roughly 11" 8" .T are 2 small holes at the top corners that were used to hang it. T is a crack that is about 1" long that goes out from the hole on the left. It also has the original tab for hanging, on the back.This is a no reserve auction,but I will put a buy it now price incase some one would like to insure they recieve it by Christmas.Please look at pics and ask questions, and thanks for looking.
