Rare Rock Island Railroad Match Safe You are bidding on a great match safe. One side says Great Rock Island Route in the Rock Island symbol and on the other side it says Compliments Passenger Department. The side is marked by the manufacturer The Whitehead & Hoag Co. Newark N.J. It measures 2 5/16 inches closed and is made of metal and celluloid. It is in nice working order. Shipping is $5.00 for Priority box and conf. slip. I accept check, money order, and PayPal. No reserve on this auction! I have been buying and selling antiques and collectibles for over 35 years. You will get no surprises from me.
