this is a wonderful tile i aquired a few years ago and proudly displayed it in my 1920, Spanish home. It is in excelent condition it is in a fantastic rosewood frame which it was in when i bought it. The frame appears to be fairly new and the piece is designed to hang like a diamond to center the griffin. Tile measures slightly under 12' by 12" and the frame is slightly under 18"by 18" the frame is 3 inches wide and the tile about 11/2 thick. The back of the tile is impressed ROOKWOOD FAIENCE t are markings in sharpie i do not know what they are. the edges of the back show somewear with chips around the deges and corners/ no cracks or anything coming close to marring the face of this wonderful tile. This is an original vintage piece worth a grip good luck and happy bidding..insurance included in shipping
