This is a beautiful piece of authentic early Rookwood Pottery from 1931 (XXXI). This is a wonderful example of American "Arts & Crafts" or "Art Nouveau" pottery. T is No reserve so high bidder wins it. This vase has a very beautiful pinkish matt-glaze base with a mottled green wax matt finish (I tried to take several pictures to show this beautiful and subtle glaze work). This piece has a pattern of 6 "Arts & Crafts" tulip panels spaced around the vase and the mold is unusually strong. This form can be very hard to find and a must of any Rookwood pottery collection. This wonderful vase is in MINT condition. T are no chips, no cracks, no repairs, and little to no crazing. The inside of this vase is also clean and flawless. This is a wonderful piece as you can see in the photographs. This piece is marked with the impressed Rookwood "RP" signature and Flames, a date of XXXI (1931), and form #1907. This vase is approximately 5 1/2" tall and has a circumference of 12". Packaged professionally and shipped immediately. Shipping and handling would be a flat $18 for this piece of pottery via USPS Priority mail. Please let me know if I can answer any questions. Thank you.
