This is a cel that I'm selling from my private collection. It is in excellent condition and has been kept in a collection folder pending to be matted and framed, but never was so no alterations have been made to the actual cel itself from its original purchase. The handling & shipping cost is varied by buyer location -- insurance is required on this item. I have the right to cancel any bids from users with negative feedback or zero feedback.
