IT IS ARTIST SIGNED AND DATED "98" ON THE BOTTOM. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ON THE ARTIST OTHER THAN WE KNOW HE IS RUSSIAN. THE TEAPOT HAS A WONDERFUL TEXTURED/RAISED ZEBRA STRIPE DESIGN WITH A UNIQUE SHAPE AND LID! IT MEASURES 10.5" LONG, 3.75" WIDE, AND 9.75" TALL! IT IS IN BEAUTIFUL CONDITION WITH NO DAMAGE! RETURNS: We describe all our sell items to the best of our knowledge. Please ask questions before you bid. Returns are only accepted if we failed to describe an item accurately, however, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the package. We will not refund the cost of shipping to return the item. Our shipping quote includes Delivery Confirmation (a tracking number) for most packages being mailed in the United States only. If you prefer, we can also ship via Fed Ex or UPS if you have an account with either carrier . Although we package very well, we are not responsible for broken or lost items if you chose not to purchase shipping insurance. Insurance may be required on fragile items or items with a sale price of $50 or more. We ship items out twice a week.
