ABOUT OUR AUCTIONS: Hi everyone, thanks for taking a look at our items. Over the next couple weeks we will be listing some Very Fine examples from our Collection including Asian Arts, Porcelain, Silver, Jewelry, Watches, ect. We also start everything off nice and low, usually under 15.00 to give everyone a great chance at a nice treasure. Also if you see more than one item you like, we give great combined shipping deals, always at least 50% lower for the second item and even lower for multiple, or smaller items purchased. ITEM: Up for auction is a Rare Scottish Provincial Sterling Silver Fish Server. The Server is part of a Large Collection of Silver and other Fine Quality Estate items up for auction as you can see in the last pictures. The Fish Server has a nice Georigan Fiddle Design. The Server has also never been monogrammed which is a nice Rare find. The Server is also in very fine original condition showing very little to no wear throughout, no dints, cracks, or repairs. The Server weights 40 grams. The Server measures 6 3/4 inches long, by 1 1/8 inches wide. As you can see the Server was Assayed in Edinburgh in the year 1835, and is by either the Perth Provincial Silversmith David. Greig, or the Dumfries Provincial Silversmith David.Gray. The Jackson's guide is a little confusing on the subject. I thing arguably they may be the same person that Silversmithed in both towns, but I will let you decide! I have no idea what the Rare Scottish Provincial Silver Fish Server would be worth. You do not see to many examples in this nice original condition come up for auction. As usual we just start all our items off low, and will let you decide. Like a Real Auction should be!!
