Having researched this very rare set of Haviland, Limoges porcelain dinnerware decorated with muted pink poppies, I discovered these were from the Theo Haviland blank called Saint Cloud. Most of the other pieces of this set are marked - "SET SAINT-CLOUD PATENT APPIED FOR" and "MERY-MONT, TH (Theodore Haviland), FRANCE". Saint Cloud was introduced in 1892. T are a total of 32 pieces available from this lovely St. Cloud pattern dating to around 1892 (see photo below). Feel free to inquire about the other pieces as I will be posting them in groupings. These were retailed by the up-scale New York City shop named GILLMAN COLLAMORE & CO., 5th Ave. & 30th St., New York City and all read more
