RARE Trilobite ILLAENUS DALMANI FOSSIL RUSSIA NR This is a rare example of natural lifetime position trilobite Illaenus DALMANI (O2) This trilobite is coming from the Down Ordovician Kunda Level deposits of the Wolchow River (small stream Lava) region 100 km near Saint Petersburg, Russia. It is wonderfully articulated and exhibits fine detail. Age: Middle Ordovician Trilobites' size itsself: 46+ x 30 mm (1.8+"x1.2") Approx. matrix size: 114x87x28 mm Total weight: 326 gram This is a great buy at a good price for such an attractive Russian trilobite. It makes a wonderful addition to any trilobite collection. It's caramel-colored Calcite shell is well set off by the white limestone matrix.
