is the rare piece called flower garden and butterfly made by US glass in the heart shape. I am starting this low because it does not have the lid and will let bidders determine value as I am stumped. I have been using this to store my nice jewelry pieces for display. The books which deal in rare depression have this piece if it were a set listed at $1500. The bottom portion measures about 6" all around (a little hard because of heart shape) the bottom when turned over has the us glass mark in raised letters done in a circular pattern which read "PAT APPL'D FOR" and the logo is in the middle part. (see pic with quarter for perspective) The glass on the bottom is also thicker and it's a nice weighty piece. The color is pinky rose color. As far as I know this piece has never been reproduced. As for condition, t arent' any cracks nor rough edges but t are some marks about the size of fingerprint spaced evenly apart at just about the same distance. you can only see this if you hold the piece up to the light for inspection, it looks like it may have been resting on a 3 prong stand at one time.
