You are looking at a rare and stunning Victorian Celluloid Musical Photo Album. As you can see, this musical album has the most gorgeous cover; three Gibson Girls leaning on a fence, with one holding a tennis racket. The pictures speak for themselves, so I'll concentrate on the condition. The celluloid cover is mint except for three edges having a teensy nick out of the celluloid. The velvet spine is mint except for the normal age-related fading. The clasp is intact and works perfectly. The music box plays two tunes loud and clear. The outer page edges are still a bright gold. The paper base has extremely minor paper loss. The inside pages have the normal age-related browning, with some torn slots and very, very minor soiling. The only other thing to note is the inside cardboard cover has lifted on the lower left hand side. I would leave it as is. The dimensions taken from the base are: 11 ½" long, 9" wide & 3 ¾" deep. T are 12 pages and 16 photos. This rare & gorgeous piece would enhance any celluloid collection; it's truly magnificent.
