You are bidding on a 1930s Hollywood Candy Co SPOT 5 cent Candy Bar Wrapper. The wrapper is for a 2 ounce bar.It is about 7 inches by 6 1/4 inches. It is a cellophane wrapper as was used during the time, It has fold marks and creases and some residue on one end , but really nice for the age. This one has the name of the gal's date written in one corner, (see below). The manufacturer was Hollywood Candy Company of Chicago. I believe this one is very hard to find. I believe this wrapper is from 1931 to 1934 as it was found along with many other old candy wrappers in an old scrap book kept by a young woman during her last two years of high school and two years of college from 1931 to 1934. It seems whenever she had a date and they had candy she would keep the wrapper! In the scrapbook it detailed w they went and that they had candy. Remember this was North Dakota during the depression. I am listing several other of the candy bar wrappers this week. Please check them out, some of them can be very hard to find. Pay shipping on only one wrapper if you win more than one.
