is a beautiful American Fostoria electric lamp. Fostoria Glass Co. made the rose bowl and contracted these out to other companies to manufacture lamps. This lamp was made probably during the 1930-1940s. The lamp is about 20 inches in height. The glass portion is in perfect condition. The metal parts are tarnished which come with age, kinda like me. The marble base is in very good condition, t is one area on the marble w the is a very small chip, felt when running your finger around the edge. I rewired the lamp with new wiring so the lamp is ready to plug in and enjoy. I'm also throwing in the glass finial, which was with the lamp when I found it. T are a couple of very small chips around the bottom glass edge of the final, but cannot see unless you hold the final up very close to view. Overall a beautiful lamp that would compliment any decor. This lamp retails for about $200-300 according to the book Fostoria American Line 2056 2nd Edition by Leslie Pina. This would look especially nice in a kitchen, bathroom or bedroom! Happy bidding! Note: Flat shipping/ins fee of $15.00 for shipping within the continental U.S.
