Up for bids out of my collection is a Rare Automatic Electric #2 Rotary Dial Telephone. This is the model with the extended bakelite body that accomodate the first internal ringer in an Automatic Electric model ! Almost all of the time they are cracked or broken. This phone is in Mint original condition from it's nickel plated handset bands and dial case to it's original brown with black striped cloth cords! The bakelite is all orignal with no cracks or chips, only one minor scuff on the front right side about 1/2" long. This could easily be polished out, but the phone hasn't been touched so I didn't bother! The phone is complete with it's original ringer which is usually missing and that for this particular model. This model is a must for all serious Automatic Electric Collectors and will set your collection apart because of it's stunning condition!
