Rare Vintage Depression Era Bullet Style Sugar Shaker. Unknown maker. Heavy clear glass. Spout comes to a tip at the end of the shaker. The bottom is rusted but removal. I felt 1 very small, tiny chip at the top of the rim but could not detect any other spots. I tried my best to rub the entire glass for other areas. No chips on screw bottom glass part. Pour spout smooth, no chips. Black speck in the glass near spout on the inside but is not a chip. Appears to be made in the glass. Ribbed detail. Weighs 1 lb. 3 oz. with the lid attached. Stands 6" tall. 9 1/2 " in diameter. Unique! Alright folks! See pic #4 for the close up of the chip. Talk about hard to see! But I can feel, and I know it's t I'm not out to deceive anyone. The black spot is actually in the glass. I rammed my hand down in it to see if it was a chip or if I could remove it. It's t, and it's not going any w The bottom--t you have it: beat to pieces, rusty. This item comes from my grandparents truck stop located in a small town named Roxie, MS. Yes, we used this item often. W it originally comes from is anyone's guess. The truck stop is long gone since the four lane opened up in the early 1980s. My uncle ask me to sell it. He had it listed for $65 in his junk store. Folks drift through on occasions. He makes enough to keep a few luxuries of life, feed his dogs, etc. He doesn't own or operate a computer. He has many unique items and has dealt in antiques, junk, folk art all his life. We have teamed up so to speak. You will find that I list only good quality items. I would never list something that I would not use myself. All of my items listed are inspected by me personally, and must be well cared for by the owner. Most items come from my own private stock.
