Too Cool for School !! This beautiful vintage Driftwood Style Lamp is a fabulous estate find. More info to come... Wow.... w do I begin to sing the praises of this pair of 1950's vintage lamps with original shades?! (Check out the mate in my other auction). They are as genuinely and fabulously mid century as lamps can be. AND I do not have to tell you... it is sooooooo rare to find a pair complete with vintage shades! Use either together or as a single accent to your Eames era room. Or give your beachside cottage or mountain home a vintage twist! This one stands 41 inches tall. It is 19 inches at its widest point and 13 inches at its deepest point. The base is in wonderful vintage condition with just a few small scuffs to attest to its age. The shade is the popular stiff fiberglass of the period, complete with stylish leather stitching! It is incredible with one small tear/hole... so unremarkable I had trouble photographing it. I'll let the pictures do the talking! With a nod to today's popular design trend t oward R etro rooms, you cannot miss the mark when you let this collectible lamp be the work of art that sets off your room's decor in the superb way that only cool vintage pieces can! Payment must be received within 7 days after end of auction. I will accept payment via PayPal, personal or bank check, or money order. Please allow time for personal checks to clear before the item is shipped. This valuable vintage lamp will be carefully packed and shipped in two boxes.
