This vintage handsome ring is set in solid 10 karat white gold, not filled nor plated, and it features natural blue topaz and diamonds - which is not easy to find. The oval faceted light blue topaz measures about 8mm x 6mm. T are 2 round single cut diamonds set, one on either side, with a florentine finish.
