RARE Vintage WILENDUR Tablecloth GARDENING THEME!

This fabulous Spring tablecloth is pictured on page 15 of "Colorful Tablecloths" by Barineau & Henderson and I have lusted after it since the first day I saw the photo. They describe the pattern as "scarce" and I have to agree. In the 6 years I have been a tablecloth hunter, I have only found two. This one and the one in my collection. The pattern is called "Springtime" and features garden flowers with seed packets, and clay pots. According to the book authors John Madsen registered the design with the U.S. Patent Office on March 22, 1940. This beauty is in excellent to mint condition with no holes, stains, worn spots or problems of any kind. No label. Colors are bright and vivid. 48" X 52" approximately on the creamy Wilendure weight cotton. Fabulous cloth for any collection and a must have for the Wilendur collector!
