This is one of many lunchboxes I acquired from an estate. I don't really know too much about therm. I do know that this one must be RARE because, I can't find one anyw I think it might have been a promotional item because, on the bottom it says"Made in U.S.A. MFG. BY OMNI-GRAPHICS INC. YONKERS N.Y." & t's a #33-22-55031. This lunchbox is in good condition, despite its age. T are scratches on all sides, although none too bad. The most noticeable ones are on the front near the bottom although when I run my fingers along them, I cannot feel them. T is VERY minor rust on the metal of the handle & closures & they are starting to show signs of oxidation. The inside is is great condition, with VERY minor rust along the edges at the bottom. Unfortunately, I do not have the thermos to this one, but it's still a must have to any collector. Please email me with any questions, before bidding, & I will help you the best I can.
