This is a very rare Xena statue, made by Regency Fine Arts. Regency intended to officially release a full range of Xena and Hercules statues, called the "Legends and Dreams Collection". Regency didn't get the licence, so they had to drop the range. Only 3 Xena figures were made (like this one). This one was the only one with a box. Paint work is superub. Its has only ever been out of the box for photos.
