For your consideration, a dazzling 5-1/2 inch yellow -orange, sometimes referred to as marigold and similar to amberina, carnival glass rooster on nest two part covered dish. The yellow becomes a deeper orange around the edges with a brilliant iridescent rainbow of colors. This candy/ nut dish is an exquisite example of a Westmoreland rooster on nest. The top part is a highly detailed rooster, and the bottom part has a beaded lip design nest. It is signed on both pieces with the Westmoreland mark. Start a collection. This beauty measures 5-1/2 inch long by 4-1/2 inch high, is new and in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
