Very nice 1933 RCA Cathedral Radio Model R-28. I was able to tune in a station with a longer wire attached to the antenna plate. The controls are scratchy and the volume had to be turned all the way up so it will need a cleaning to make it better I am sure. All tubes light up and the tuning dial also illuminates. Antenna plate is not attached because I didnâe(tm)t want to take a chance of damaging the outside finish screwing it to the inside wood cabinet at the top. I will leave that to the winner of the auction. This radio has a beautiful and original finish but it does have some normal wear with some small nicks and scratches. In general a very nice radio which will look nice in anyoneâe(tm)s home or collection. I must receive payment via PayPal within 7 days.
