Hello ebay shoppers and console radio collectors. I am very proud to list yet another fancy small radio just for your collection! is a totaly restored RCA Mini Console floor radio, built by RCA Corporation Of America New York. This is the 6 tube model 6K2 built in 1936. This is one of the hard to find models of the mini series. Art Deco Machine Age Design realy sets this radio off, It has been carefully restored to as close as possible as it was new. Chassis has been electronicly restored Front Dial Benzel plastic is new, and nice origional three band dial behind it. Cabinet has been all refinished sealed with Deft Wood Sealer and 3 coats high gloss Deft Laquor finish giving this radio a nice Look. Grill cloth is very close to origional. all knobs are origional. Speaker is extra large with Art Deco Trim mounting and covers, see photos. Cabinet size is 23 inchs wide 11 inchs deep and 38 inchs tall. This little set is a power house for sound, it tunes very well works on all bands and sounds good for small cabinet. short wave is still active and requires an external antenna of some kind to get good stations.
