This is a Real Life $.10 comic. The title is Gene Bearden. It is No. 49, July 1949. It is published by Visual Editions, Inc. All pages are t The pages are slightly discolored because of the age. The binding is tight. T is a slight bend in the top right corner of the front cover. T is a chip along the top edge. T is a stain on the bottom right corner that runs about half way through the comic. T is some dust shadowing along the bottom and right edges.T is some dust shadowing along the bottom and left edges of the back cover. T is a fold in the bottom left corner. T is a tear along the bottom edge. The back cover is an ad for Daisy BB Guns. Overall this is in nice condition for the age. All comics are sold as is.
