This old card shows scenes from a downtown fire on Feb 6 1937. The Kline Grossman store building Burned. This card is postally unused and is in crisp sharp condition with no corner rounding folding or use damage of any kind. Near new condition. Shows a full view of the downtown area including the Amazon,The Occidental Hotel and beyond. Shows quite a mess in the aftermath of the fire with the fire hoses still out on the road. It looks like t is still a water hose running on the fire. In the background you can see a bustling downtown with lots of people and cars.
