This auction is for a Real Photo postcard - AZO Diamonds in Corners (1907-1908) Pilot Car for Car (Touring) Rally Reaches Gibbon, OK 1907 - 1908 This postcard shows the Rally that started in ANTHONY, KS has reached Gibbon, OK. Many cars and people gather in the center of the street in front of some of the wooden town buildings. T are banners on some cars. Drivers in dusters mingle with passengers and towns people. The detail is extraordinary. It is truly a time freeze of an important historical period. This rally covered a three county area of Harper and Sumner Counties in SE KS and Grant County in NE OK. I have postcards of this rally in the towns of Anthony, Danville, Bluff CIty, Waldron and Argonia in Kansas as well as Manchester, Gibbon and Nashville in Oklahoma. I have also done some map and historical research of these towns and am willing to share references. Many of these cards will be coming up in my auctions. CONDITION: VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT Clarity and sharpness are very good . No bends, creases, marks, tears, folds. Edges and corners are tight - no chips, creases or bends. Postally UNUSED . Combined shipping discounts are available on my postcards (for cards paid for on the same PayPal billing.) INSURANCE: I cannot be responsible for how the USPS handles your package so tfore Insurance is HIGHLY recommended for most items and sometimes required on certain items. Items that are not insured, but are still somehow damaged or lost in shipping process, are not returnable or refundable . REFUNDS: If you are not pleased with your items, I will refund PURCHASE PRICE ONLY, if the item is returned to me, in the same manner it was shipped to you . Your refund will be processed within 3 days of receipt of returned item. SHIPPING, either way, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!
