Antique, authentic railroad baggage cart wheels and axles, all 4 wheels are 18" diameter one set of wheels and axle are 22.5" wide, and at the base of one wheel is 3" wide. Another set of wheels is 23.5" wide with 3.5" wide wheels. Appear to be made of iron or steel? Rusty but strong and sturdy- but of course I have to add this disclaimer due to what I see people do on TV... this is not recommended for safe transportation useage.
