The doll is in very good to excellent condition with no marks or tears to the doll. I did power it up and go through the start-up synopsis and it worked fine. I also programmed it with a controller and that worked too. The controller is available in another auction. Nice baby with two outfits. I do not have the teachers key to open the battery cover but it is really not needed as a small screwdriver opens it too. Battery cover and compartment are clean.
