INTRODUCES BABY Wyatt James WEIGHT 3 lbs 2 oz LENGTH 16" ~*~*~ Welcome to my nursery, my name is Charity Brunsmann, I am the artist behind Nana Kaye’s Nursery…let me tell you a little about myself. I have been reborning for almost 3 years, I stumbled upon it quite by accident while searching for Christmas presents for my daughters and the rest is history, I have fallen in love with making these precious little babies, each and every single one is truly a “labor” of love. ~*~*~ ~*~*~ THE PROCESS ~*~*~ Each baby is given a warm sudsy bath to make sure it free from any factory residue and left to dry overnight. Then all of the body pieces are sealed with a vinyl sealer that will insure that the baby will stay just as beautiful the day you bring him or her home for many, many years to come. As soon as the baby has had time for this to cure, I begin by mixing and layering on my own special mix of skin tones and mottling for each individual baby. Each baby get their very own mix of colors developed just for them, I shade their little fat rolls and each and every little baby wrinkle and crease until I am pleased they look just right. I add tiny veins and capillaries that appear to be just beneath the skin and sometimes a birthmark or baby scratch or two, just depends on the baby. I don’t open their noses, however I do shade them to give them a realistic look and add a bit of sheen to give them a moist appearance. The tiny lips are detailed with many layers of color built up to just the right shade to match the babies skin tone and hair and then glossed just enough to appear moist, sometimes spit bubbles are added just depending on the baby. Tiny cheeks and ears are blushed to perfection not one single detail is overlooked on my babies, I want all my mommies to be very happy with their new babies. Right down to their tiny fingers and toes which all have a teeny tiny manicure, to look like they may have just had their little nails clipped. Some of my babies have painted hair which has been painted with the finest and smallest brushes in many layers to create a look of depth and realism. The hair is then sealed to prevent it from coming off. Some people do not think they will like painted hair, but you must really see it in person to appreciate it, and no many times you change your babies clothes his or her hair will be perfect. Then you have the babies that have been rooted, these little ones have been Micro Rooted with tiny needles usually around 42 gauge so that only one or two hairs go into the head at a time. I only us the best quality of premium angora mohair on my babies. Micro rooting is a very time consuming process, one head can take many hours but is so worth the result in the end. The hair is then sealed on the inside so it can be gently combed and restyled. You can be assured that I use the highest quality of materials on all of my babies, I never use sand in any of my babies, so they are safe to travel the world. All of my materials from my paints, to my fiber fill is of the highest quality. I use almost exclusively the most beautiful angora mohair from *Angora Mohtique*, it is the best hair I have ever come across. All of my babies are weighted with glass beads and fiber fill, they are a bit “under stuffed” usually to give them more of a baby feel. So you must treat them very gently and handle them as you would a real baby supporting their limbs and head when you pick them up.
