Welcome to Lullaby Lake Nursery.My name is Joanne and I create reborn babies in my cottage by Lullaby Lake. The reborning art is a labor of love as each unique cherub comes to life. Each “birth” takes me many, many hours using the finest products, techniques and implements as I strive to create even more realistic and detailed babies. All her paint was removed and she was given a warm sudsy baby bubble bath. Her eyes were replaced with quality “Artistique” eyes and her sweet little head was micro-rooted with beautiful. Angora premium mohair. She is a darling little baby girl and has stolen my heart. I love to look at her sweet little face and cuddle her in my arms. She is looking for her forever momma.Elizabeth’s Details ~~ Many layers of Genesis Heat Set paints creating depth to her living skin tones ~~ subtle veining in all the right places to give her a realistic newborn complexion~~ ~~ Full arms and legs, of the softest vinyl, flesh tone doe suede body, fully jointed body (so soft), custom made, which I have weighted with very fine glass beads, poly pellets and the softest poly-fil. She feels like a real infant in your arms. Her vinyl body was replaced with this soft cuddly body.~~ ~~ Realistic sealed tiny fingernails and toenails. ~~Micro-rooted ( 43 gauge felting needle)very soft and fine Premium black, angora mohair, completely sealed with waterproof adhesive so it can be dampened and gently styled~~ ~~ Oriental dark brown “Artistique” eyes, hand applied tiny upper lashes, and barely t eyebrows~~ ~~Her nose has been gently opened so she is a breather~~ ~~Elizabeth’s little head needs support as it is weighted to feel like a real infant ~~ ~~Magnetic pacifier which can be removed upon request~~ ~~ The highest quality materials ensure that you receive a unique baby that will last for generations. Elizabeth is surely a one of a kind, special collectible doll to be cherished and handled by older children and adults. ~~ ~~Lullaby Lake Nursery is smoke free and pet friendly. Elizabeth’s hair has been micro rooted, one to two hairs at a time in a natural growth pattern with a very fine felting needle. Her hair is baby fine and so soft.Elizabeth has a beautiful layette which includes a precious set made by “Sarah Louise”. The dress is hand smocked and embroidered with delicate little roses. Her white bonnet and booties have been hand crocheted with delicate baby string yarn.
