This is a refinished Gamewell Fire Alarm box.T are no cobwebs, spiders or dead bugs in this one.You can fine those if you want to do the rebuilding.The outside housing has been stripped; bead blasted, primed and painted a gloss red.The outside handle and door also have been stripped, blasted primed and painted.The timer is fully functional and counts out “5” – “1” – “3” by the notches on the wheel.It starts when the white lever is depressed. It repeats for a few cycles then shuts off and resets.All the raised lettering and decorations have been highlighted in white, gold or red. T are new reflective “Fire” decals on both sides.It also has a brass “UL” plateThe finial on the top is included.It has a test “jumper”.It also has a working key to open the outside door for winding.I do not know how to check it electrically. Mechanically, gears turn & levers move.It is heavy. The base is about 10” x 6” and stands about 17” high to the peak.If you are not happy with it, return it post paid, insured and get your bid refunded + $10.00 !NOTE: Due to Holiday/Vacation may not be able to ship till 7/7
