I have for sale this EVG, Inc. Electro-Voice Quality Cartridge 89 - Replaces Astatic 89T - it has dual needles. I am doing some cleaning out and found several in a box. You are buying ONE. I don't really know anything about them, but I Googled them and found the following information: apparently the dual needles are one side for 33/45 and the other side for 78; they are an easy to plug in, monophonic cartridge/stylus assembly that fits most of the Audiotronix, Califone, Newcomb and many other record players of the 60's and 70's (Google to find out if it fits your player). This also fits the standard flip-under holder that was very popular as a replacement in the late 50's through 70's. It also says that although these are monophonic only, they are compliant with stereo recordings and unlike the original "mono" cartridges, you can safely play stereo records without fear of damage. I guess these are considered to be "new old stock." It comes in a plastic case as shown, and will be shipped first class in a bubble envelope - S&H $2.50.
