This is from a private collection that was given to us more than 10 years ago. Since that time, it has been wrapped and in storage. We have no history previous to that time on this item. Our knowledge in this area is limited, and we will do our best to identify any piece by comparing it to online pictures. We will also do our best to describe the item as accurately as possible including size, color, and weight. We will wrap the item and ship as carefully as possible, and insurance is optional. We have a number of coral/shell items and will be happy to combine shipping when appropriate. This particular piece appears to be Sea Fan Coral. We are guessing that it is Sea Fan but have not been able to locate a picture to verify this type. The color is best described as reddish brown and is approximately 9" long x 3-1/2" wide. It is also about an inch thick. Wt. 1 oz. Looks very nice and different from anything we have seen in our research. ****Sorry, payment by PayPal only.****
