Fair can with lots of under the paint humidity spots, particularly on the front face. Can is all original and has strong colors.I think this is a Grade 2- can but you decide. This is USBC 119-23, IRTP. Nice Virginia can! Pretty clean top but bottom is rusted and the seam is dulled. Nice MI tax stamp on the top lid. Bottom opened. Sorry about the reflections, the lines are not on the can and the colors are all even. Please check out my other auctions for some more great cans!
