GENUINE RED MARK R.S. PRUSSIA CLEMATIS CRACKER BISCUIT JAR

According to George Terrell, author of "R.S. Prussia", many R.S. Prussia pieces will not have the Prussia below the wreath mark, and many pieces as well were never marked. This piece I have up for auction is an authentic and in no way reproduction cracker/biscuit jar. This jar features the clematis on both sides with a smaller version on either side. The lid and handle are a silver material but what exactly I can't say for sure. The rope twist handle is fairly heavy. The jar metal rim has a few scratches and edge wear but nothing too serious. The jar itself is in premium condition with no chips or cracks anyw that I can find. This piece measures a little over 10" in height with handle up.

If you are a collector of very vintage R.S. Prussia pieces and particularly the popular biscuit jars, how about adding this one to your set! This one is worth bidding on!
