A lovely 8-1/4" plate printed in a dark pink in a pattern entitled "Gondola". The border is quite interesting with a pattern surrounded by flowers and paisley like prints of a fountain similar to the Hercules Fountain found in Miles Mason's early blue print. This is a wonderful Romantic Staffordshire plate made around 1835. Condition is excellent.
