Up for sale is this perfectly matched set of antique Stoneware Mason Fruit Jars made by Union Stoneware Co., Red Wing, MN (1894-1906) They all have clear stamped labels in black ink and the patent date of Jan 24, 1899 incised in the bottom. The Quart size measures 7" high by 4 ½" in diameter at the base. The Half Gallon is 8 ½" high by 5 ¾" in diameter. The one Gallon size is 10 ½" by 7" in diameter. All three are in mint condition; no chips or cracks and are complete with zinc lids. The one gallon has a glaze smudge that occurred in manufacture.
