Redon Framed Print "Never Drink Water" New Orleans 1950's Up for sale is a classic print that was probably in everyone's bathroom in the 60's and 70's in one form or another. This is an original print by George Redon 1869-1943. These images were first used on menus in Paris cafes around the turn of the century. They were refered to as the "Pipi Works". The print is on Velum and unfortunately after inspection was attached to the matting so any reframing would require restoration. The frame is 20-3/4" x 15-7/8" x 1" and the print inside the mat is 12-3/4" x 9-1/4". The frame and print are in very good vintage condition. It was framed in New Orleans in the late 1950's. We also have a matching print that goes with this one for sale that we will gladly combine and ship together. Any white spot or shadows are the result of my amateur photographic technique. Please examine the photos carefully and if you have any questions feel free to ask them soon. Check out my other items ! Be sure to add me to your favorites list !
