This is a quilt, but I'm not sure if it was handmade, or store bought. I do not see any tags on it so I was assuming it was handmade; looks handmade to me. Found this item at an "estate tag sale". It's in wine/burgandy colors, with a little in a soft yellowish color and taupe. Backing is wine/burgandy in color. Some of the fabric used on this quilt is like a silk, very shiny (darker burgandy color as shown in photo). Most is not. Measures approximately 81"x84". Quilt has been used, but in great shape. I see in the photos, there is a design on the yellowish color of fabrics. Please look at all photos I have attached. I have it laying over my queen bed to take this photo; and one with my pillow shams at the top. It does fall right below the skirt on this queen bed, so can fit a queen or full, or just use under your bedspread/comforter for extra warmth. I will ship this in a box that I found big enough for it. It weighs in this box around 5 1/2 pounds. Or, if it helps you in postage, I can ship in a polybag that will weigh approx. 4 pounds 12 ounces, which will be a little less in postage.
