This is a large set of 144 pieces, all in perfect condition and all with the earliest Eagle/R/lion, sterling hallmarks for the period, circa 1907. T are 12 place settings, most with 11 pieces each, but a few have 9 or 10. Look at my third picture for full setting. From the left we have 8 ice tea spoons measuring 7.75" long, 8 oyster forks 5.5" long, 12 dinner forks 7.8" long, 12 dinner knives 9.5" long, 12 luncheon forks 7" long, 12 luncheon knives 9.1" long, 12 soup spoons 5.9" long, 12 dessert forks 6.1" long, 19 dessert spoons 6" long, 12 tea spoons 4.25" long, 12 butter knives 5.75" long. T are 13 serving pieces as follows, the large salad spoon and fork 9.3" long each, 4 vegetable spoons 8.4" long, 1 pierced fork 7.75" long, a flan spatula 10" long, a cake spatula 10.25" long, a pointed spoon 5.9" long, a berry spoon 5.9" long, a gravy ladle 6.6" long and a jam spoon 4.5" long. The total weight for the entire set is approximately 236 Troy ounces ( 7335 grams). Please view our other auctions this week for more antiques from this high end estate.
