This is an OUTSTANDING server from the 1890s. It is the FLORA pattern by Reed & Barton. This piece is just shy of 9 inches, and the bowl is 3 and 3/8 inches long by 2 and 5/8 inches wide. Never monogrammed. Gorgeous bright deep even gold wash in the bowl. Marked BIRD R LION STERLING and stamped by the retailer, C. HARTDEGEN & CO. Also stamped something else, I think "PAT APPLD FOR" but not 100% positive. Excellent condition with no damage. Crisp pattern details. Give it a quick polish and it will be ready to thrill your mother for mother's day, or that new Spring bride! USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation is $4.60.
