You are bidding on a Stunning Reed & Barton Sterling Silver Flatware set in the Georgian Rose Pattern. Item is used but in good condition just as found at a local Estate Sale. This is a large set service for eight plus additional pieces totaling 70 pieces in all. Set consists of the following: 8 sterling handle dinner knifes 9 inch, 2 sterling handle dinner knifes 9 3/4 inch, pierced serving fork, ladle, 7 3/4 inch serving fork, 8 dinner forks, 8 salad or dessert forks, 5 demitase spoons, 5 oyster/cocktail forks, 10 teaspoons, 8 soup spoons, 4 large serving spoons and 8 solid sterling butter knifes Sterling Handle Dessert server. Total weight in this set is 80 ounces of sterling and bidding opens below the melt value of the sterling content. The set is generally in very nice condition showing only surface scratching from normal use, however some of the knife blade need a bit of cleaning as some are showing some scale on the steel blades. Item also comes with a Gorham anti tarnish soft case covered in faux Alligator. USA bidder to adds $25.00 P&H, optional insurance is available at standard USPS rates.
