Refinished Antique 48" Round Solid Oak Pedestal Table

For sale today is a 48" round solid oak pedestal table that will expand to eight feet. The table comes with one 12" wide solid oak leaf that is twenty years old and the table will hold a total of four 12" wide leafs. One of the neat features of this table is that in each corner of the table is a solid oak leg that swings down and helps support the table when it is extended - see pictures. Based on what I was told 20 years ago the table is circa the late 1800's to the very early 1900's. I did not find any patent dates on the table. We have used this table for about 20 years and it has served us well but the wife is changing everything in the dining room so the table has to go. The table will have to ship by bus because of the size and weight. It will ship in two boxes. The table top and leaf in one package and the pedestal and legs in another. The s/h/i costs for both packages will range from $155 to $185 - please email the location of the nearest bus terminal to you that accepts freight and I will give you an exact quote on the s/h/i.
