(NOTE...The Small Figure of the WW1 German Officer carrying the Flag shows how it appeared on Parade).....This WW1 KAISERLICHE KRIEGSMARINE FLAG will make a SUPER addition to any Navy or Military Collection..Unlike The Majority of Flags you see on the market these days...This one is made of a Nice Heavy COTTON-LINEN..slight yellowing with age....and.the Stitching on the side is Exactly like the WW1 Originals and the Rope is the same type Material as used from 1914-to 1918..This Style Flag was used up into the Middle 1930s.....The Flag is Imprinted on both sides with the IRON CROSS...and the WW1 MALTESE EAGLE.....All in all this is one Beautiful Flag you can add to your Collection ...It would look Fantastic with some U-Boat Models or Collectibles...It measures 24" Long..(right to left)..and its 15" Top to Bottom....Has the Rope with Top Loop on the Left side for hanging or displaying..T are no Markings on the Flag..same as latewar issue would not have..This is the IDEAL SIZE for a display....its not easy to work in a 3' X 5' or Larger Kriegsmarine Flag in a display...........
